Event: Bridge Builders' Conference (Hidász konferencia) 

Location: Hotel Azúr, Siófok

The Challenge

For the organizers of the Bridge Builders' Conference, it was important not only that the guests seated in the Hotel Azúr ballroom could perfectly see the professional presentations, but also that the event's knowledge material be preserved. Two main expectations had to be met:

1. Hybrid Reach: Professionals who could not travel to Siófok should be able to follow the presentations in real-time, in TV quality, over the internet.
2. Afterlife: Instead of an 8-hour continuous video stream, they needed easily manageable video materials broken down by speaker, so they could be published later as professional content.

The Solution: A TV Studio in the Conference Room

The ADAM team installed a complete broadcast system on site:

• Live Image and Subtitling: We broadcast the event to the LED wall and the internet using multiple cameras. Similar to TV broadcasts, we provided every speaker with a lower third graphic (name, title), so viewers always knew who was speaking.
• Dedicated Stream: We ensured smooth online broadcasting through our own server with a stable connection.
• Immediate Visual Experience: On the stage LED wall, we displayed the live camera feed and the presentation in a split screen (PIP), so even those sitting in the back rows could see the speaker's facial expressions.
• Post-Production: After the conference, we didn't just hand over the raw footage; we cut and titled it per presentation. This provided the organizers with a ready video library that they could immediately share with their members.
